North Fork Vacation Retreat

Welcome to our home. We are located in the historic Founders Landing Community of Southold, up the block from the pristine waters of the Peconic Bay. Founders Beach offers lifeguards, restrooms, picnic area and a playground. For more seclusion, an unguarded beach is down the block as well. Both beaches offer sandy calm water, and are in walking distance with our large fully stocked beach wagon. The beach wagon includes beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and beach toys. The quaint town of Southold is just up the block and has just about everything you will need. Shops, restaurants, delis, bars, yoga studio and a bakery which are all within walking distance. You can even ride your bicycles that we provide into town as well! Coming by train? It’s a 15 walk to the house. The North Fork has so much to offer. Farm tours, horseback riding, hiking, golf, fishing, over 50 wineries and a few breweries mixed in. We can also arrange a private salt water fly fishing tour or have a yoga instructor come to the house. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, granite kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, 20’x20’ screen porch, 40’ wrap around deck, enclosed outdoor shower, and a heated salt water pool with cascading waterfall which is fully fenced in located in our secluded backyard surrounded by tall Leyland Cypress Trees and sitting on ¾ of an acre. Please note that our home is in a quiet community with friendly neighbors. No events or parties of any kind. It’s meant for a relaxing and fun family vacation. Please note that the town of Southold requires a 2 week minimum stay on all home rentals.
